Questions parents and students ask

Does the content follow the Syrian Ministry of Education curriculum?

Yes. Every course is built on the set textbooks and the question formats used in the Grade 9 and Baccalaureate exams.

What is the difference between live classes and recorded lessons?

A live class happens at a set time and you can ask the teacher questions. A recorded lesson is always available at your own pace. Every live class is also recorded and added to the library.

What if my internet connection is weak?

Lessons play in low quality on slow connections, and you can download recordings and files to study offline.

How can a parent follow their child’s progress?

Parents receive weekly reports on attendance, homework and test results, and can open the progress dashboard at any time.

Can I try before I subscribe?

The first lesson in every subject is free, and you can get a refund within seven days of subscribing if the platform is not right for you.

How do I pay the fees?

We offer several local and international payment methods and will announce them at launch.
