Who is responsible

This site, mbardouni.dev, is run by Mohamed Bardouni, Tetouan, Morocco. He is the person responsible for the data described below.

What is collected

• Messages you send me by email or WhatsApp: your name, contact details and whatever you write.
• Anonymous visit statistics: pages viewed, how far you scrolled, the referring site. They use no cookies and are not linked to your identity.
• Meta Pixel: if you arrive from an advertisement, the Meta Pixel sets cookies and sends Meta your page views and clicks on contact links (WhatsApp, email, phone), so that ads can be measured.

Why

To answer your messages, to see which pages are useful, and to measure and improve advertising on Facebook and Instagram. Nothing is sold.

Who receives it

Only Meta (for the Pixel) and the hosting provider that runs the site. No one else.

How long it is kept

Messages are kept while we are in contact and for up to 2 years after, then deleted. Visit statistics are kept in aggregate form. Meta keeps Pixel data under its own policy.

Your rights

Under Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of personal data you may ask to access your data, correct it, or object to its use. Write to the email or WhatsApp number below.

Delete my data

To have your data deleted, send the message "delete my data" by email or WhatsApp, from the address or number you used before. Your data is deleted within 30 days and you get a confirmation.

To remove what Meta holds about your ad activity, use your Facebook "Off-Facebook activity" settings or the ad preferences in your account.
