MediCenter OS: Multi-Department Clinic Platform with a 3D Digital Twin
A bilingual (Arabic/French) clinic operating system combining patient intake, specialty queues, and billing with an interactive Three.js 3D floor-plan twin showing live room occupancy.

Context
Multi-specialty polyclinics struggle with floor bottlenecks: receptionists cannot see which examination room just freed up, and coordinators only have flat tables that hide spatial congestion.
Scope I disclose publicly
- An interactive Three.js 3D clinic floor plan where clicking any room inspects current staff, assigned queue load, and operational status.
- Bilingual Arabic (RTL) and French interfaces for receptionists, doctors, and clinic administrators.
- End-to-end visit workflow covering patient intake, specialty triage, consultation notes, and billing.
Decisions and trade-offs
- Building the 3D clinic floor with lightweight procedural geometry in Three.js rather than heavy external GLTF assets so it loads quickly on standard reception PCs.
- Keeping full parity between the 2D tabular views and the 3D floor view so clerks are never forced into 3D navigation for routine data entry.
- The trade-off: a spatial floor twin makes room status immediately legible, but onboarding a new facility requires mapping its floor layout coordinates.
